When you submit or review a manuscript in the journal house (Open Journal Systems), additional submission metadata, correspondence, and review records are processed there.

2. Why we process it

Personal data is used exclusively for the stated purposes of each journal and the editorial and publishing operations of PT Global Literacy Publishing: account administration, manuscript handling, peer review, publication, and journal administration. Data is not made available for any other purpose or to any third party, and it is never sold.

3. Passwords

This website never stores your password. The password you enter during registration is transmitted securely to the journal house, where your account is created and managed under Open Journal Systems.

4. Confidentiality in peer review

Unpublished manuscripts, reviewer identities, and confidential editorial correspondence are protected at all times. In double-anonymous peer review, author identities are not disclosed to reviewers and reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors.

5. Access, security, and retention

Access to personal data is role-based and limited to the editorial team as required, protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures, including secure backups and controlled retention.

6. Your rights

Registered users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the editorial office at [email protected], subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
